The machine is manufactured by adopting and absorbing advanced Germany KHS technology. It reaches international advanced level of the 1990’s. It is applicable to discharging bottle from case. It is also applicable to discharging cases for bottled beer in beverage production line. It is also used for discharging cases for the bottles in other industry.

2. Main Features of Crater/Crate Loader/Case Loader 24000BPH

1) Gripping and discharging bottles are achieved by inflation and deflation of the bottle-grippers

2) Stable operation:the operation of the whole packing(or unpacking) process is achieved by the double four-bar linkage mechanism to lift, remove and descend the bottles ,and they  combine with pneumatic and electric control to realize automation .

3) Advanced structure: The machine has characteristics of having reasonable mechanical structure, reliable pneumatic device and advanced electronic control technology.

4)Three groups of bottle locating-and-stopping devices are adopted, so that the bottles of different sizes could be packed.

5) Pneumatic components without lubrication are adopted so the noise is low and there is no oil pollution.

6) Adopt frequency control and PLC control technology to achieve convenient operation and high atomization.
